Nature Republic Skin Care Products

One of the Korean skin care brands I really like is Nature Republic. I have the Nature Republic By Flower BB Cream, Fresh Farm Foam Cleanser (Rice), and Omega Wrinkle Filler Mask Sheets.

Nature Republic By Flower BB Cream (P485)

I’m currently using the Nature Republic By Flower BB Cream (01/pink beige) and I find it a little too pink for my skin tone.  I know, it was silly of me but I have oily skin that’s very acidic so I had to go for the lighter shade.  The BB cream provides medium coverage and I find it easy to blend.  It also has a built-in SPF 35 PA++ sunscreen.

Nature Republic Fresh Farm Rice Foam Cleanser (p350)

For days when my skin’s behaving, I use the Nature Republic Fresh Farm Rice Foam Cleanser.  The mild cleanser lathers up easily and does great at removing a day’s worth of grime and dust.  It also has a light, pleasant scent that reminds me of fresh, dewy mornings.

Nature Republic Omega Wrinkle Filler Mask Sheets (P50/each)

Another Nature Republic keeper is their Omega Wrinkle Filler Mask Sheets.  Each sheet is soaked in approximately 20 ml of moisturizing essence. Mask sheets (or face sheets) works wonders at moisturizing the skin especially during summer and I store ’em in the fridge for the extra cooling effect.

By the way, Nature Republic is currently being endorsed by Micky Yoochun and other DBSK members.  Rain/Bi used to be the face and body of the brand before but I guess his 2-year contract with Nature Republic wasn’t renewed when it ended.

Although I’m a fan of Rain’s, I think it was a pretty good move for Nature Republic to let him go if they wanted to tap a wider, younger market.  With Micky Yoochun and the rest on board, Nature Republic will surely generate more sales from hordes of DBSK fans.

Still, Rain endorsing Nature Republic did put the brand on the map. And it justifies the hefty 1.5 billion won he was paid for the deal.   Honestly, he was the reason why I ventured into NR skin care products in the first place. 🙂

If you don’t know a thing about Rain/Bi and DBSK, feel free to perform a random search on them.  They are all over Google.

In Davao, Nature Republic products are available at Davao TLCshop Fab Finds. For orders and inquiries call Brad at (082) 234-8776.

    1. I don’t think may Nature Republic store sa Manila. If you want to check out Korean skin care and makeup brands, check out Skin Food, The Face Shop, and Etude House sa Manila.

  1. Wow i like NR so much. Their products are so affordable and nature friendly. I like their aloe line so much especially the gel. I want to try that BB cream too. I tried Etude’s Precious Mineral BB Cream and it was a fail for me. I’m gonna try this one. Thanks for the review! 🙂
