Hey, sweeties! I’m back again. It’s sweltering hot here in my room but I’m on a roll. I still feel like doing another blog post so I’m just going to take the advantage of this episode of diligence.
Oh well, I’m finally doing a short review on the Missha All-Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk (SPF50+/PA+++). I have been using this awesome sunscreen for more than 5 months so I can be objective with what I like and what I don’t like about it.
What I like About it:
- absorbs easily
- smooth milky texture (texture is similar to those milky facial lotions or milky emulsions)
- doesn’t leave a whitish/grayish cast on my skin
- doesn’t break me out
- can be used as a light makeup base
- high sun protection factor
What I don’t like about it
If only the Missha All-Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk has oil-control properties, it would have been the perfect sunscreen for me. I have very oily skin so I tend to look for products that are mattifying. However, the Missha sun milk does give you that soft, dewy look that’s just great when the weather cooperates.
It should be noted, however, that the Missha All-Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk is best used when you go about your daily normal activities. Meaning, if you engage in water sports, you might need a sunblock that’s more adherent. It is also recommended that you reapply every 4-6 hours of prolonged sun exposure.
An oh, before I forget, I think I purchased the 70 ml bottle for P800-P1200. A little pricey but really worth it. I don’t mind making a small investment in the name of sun protection and general wellness.
All in all, I’m genuinely pleased with the Missha All-Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk and I recommend it to those who are still looking for the right sunscreen.
