Heads up, Davao beauties!  In celebration of the Kadayawan Festival, Victoria Plaza Mall will be having a cosmetics sale from August 13-15, 2010 August 20-22, 2010.

Participating brands are Maybelline, Loreal, Max Factor, Careline, Ever Bilena, Shiseido, and Garnier.

I don’t have an idea how huge the discounts will be but I’m guessing they will slash at least 10%-20% off regular prices.  Maybelline usually gives a 20%-25% discount on selected items.

I’ll try to check out the sale today or tomorrow. I might find something I really like.
