More than a month ago, I added a new product to my nighttime skin care regimen– the Skin Talk Light Peel Duo.

I decided to try the Skin Talk Light Peel Duo because the 2-step skin care system is specially formulated to prevent acne and lessen the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  I have very oily and blemish-prone skin so I’m always on the hunt for affordable anti-acne products.  Plus, I’m already in my 30′s so the Light Peel Duo’s anti-aging properties is a major plus for me.

Skin Talk’s main ingredients include lactic acid, glycolic acid, and bearberry (arctostaphylos uva-ursi) leaf extract.  Both glycolic acid and lactic acid are natural exfoliants being  alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA).  The bearberry leaf extract, on the other hand, is added to effectively lighten the skin.

What’s great about the Skin Talk Light Peel Duo is that it exfoliates the skin without any burning situation.  The formulation is also light and non-greasy, making it an anti-aging product and an acne remedy suitable even for all skin types.

With the inclusion of Skin Talk Light Peel Duo, my current nighttime facial skin care regimen is relatively  simple (lol!).  I cleanse, tone, and moisturize using a combination of products.    I want to stick to a 3-step process (who doesn’t?) but  I have specific skin care needs so I have to add a couple of products to my regimen.

For cleansing, I use Clean and Clear Active Clear Pimple Clearing Cleanser. I then apply a small amount of the  Light Peel Solution to remove any make-up residue and promote skin renewal.  After that, I moisturize my face and neck with the Skin Talk Light Peel Cream and Olay Regenerist Micro-sculpting Cream.  Lastly, I give my undereye areas a quick swipe of the Garnier Brightening Eye Roll-on.
