Even if I haven’t been blogging much here at Get Prettified lately, I never ran out of girly stuff to do.  For instance, I continued to try out a couple of beauty products ( blog posts to follow, I promise) and went on trips to my favorite fashion thrift stores to shop for inexpensive fashion accessories or fashion jewelry.

Over the past few weeks, I have accumulated a small stash of affordable fashion accessories.  And they share common attributes– inexpensive, pretty, reflects my personal style, and definitely wearable.  I cannot afford to go on an impulse buying spree so even when it comes to  purchasing designer-inspired fashion accessories, I think twice before parting with hard-earned cash.

The pic I used in this post shows  some of my most recent purchases.   I have more but I don’t have pics of them yet. I even bought a couple of organizers for my rapidly growing stash.  And if you have lots of accessories, you should store them properly using accessory holders and organizers, too.

When just starting to buy accessories or fashion jewelry to spruce up your outfits, I suggest you hie off to your city’s version of Chinatown. I guarantee you’ll find lots of cool and affordable pieces there.
